Saudi Arabia Pavilion — Expo 2020 Dubai

Designed by Boris Micka Associates, it was the second-largest pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai and holds three Guinness World Records — one of them for the plaza floor: 7,798 interactive lights, the largest display of its kind.

The two pieces here sit on either side of that floor: the VR replica the design was reviewed in, and the logic that made the lights answer to the people standing on them.
